Automatic Payment Plan
With our Automatic Payment Plan, your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your designated checking account each month on or around the 20th. To sign up for Automatic Payment, complete the authorization form and return to our office. You can also sign up through SmartHub.

Pay By Phone
To make a payment over the phone*, call SecurePay, our FREE secure automated phone payment system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-855-386-9925.
If you'd like to speak to a customer service representative prior to making a payment, call our office at 800-950-8375 during business hours. When you are ready to make a payment, you will be transferred to the automated system, SecurePay, to make your payment.
*PLEASE NOTE: To use the automated system, you will need to know your Agralite Electric account number, which is located in the top right section of your bill.
Budget Billing Program
Are your bills too high during certain times of the year? If so, Agralite Electric Cooperative has a billing plan to fit your needs. Call the Billing Department at 320-843-4150 for help with budgeting your monthly energy payments. This free program is available to qualifying members and allows uniform monthly payments on energy account(s) for electric. The budget amount is based on your average energy usage during the previous 12 months. You will receive a monthly statement showing your actual energy consumption and the amount due under the Budget Billing Program. The average budget amount is reviewed twice a year. If your account reflects a large credit or debit, your budget amount will be recalculated. You will be notified in writing of any change to your budget amount.
A night depository is available for your paying convenience 24/7. The depository is located in the front of our office building on Hwy 12 right outside of Benson.
