2024 Annual Meeting

As a member-owned Cooperative, Annual Meetings provide an opportunity for members to hear reports from officers and directors, receive a financial update, ask questions, and learn the results of the director elections.

5:30 pm - 6:45 pm - Registration* and Steak Supper grilled by the West Central Cattlemen's Association 
7:00 pm - Business Meeting

*Please bring your registration card received via US Mail to register and be eligible to win door prizes (must be present to win). 

Director Election
In 2024, Agralite will hold elections for the Board of Directors in Districts 1 and 2. If you would like to run for a seat on the Board of Directors, you must meet the qualifications outlined in our Bylaws (available at our office) and submit a petition with a minimum of 15 signatures. Petitions are available at our office and are due to the Agralite office by 4:00 pm Thursday, April 25th. 

District 1 - Kathy Draeger (incumbent)
     Serving townships: Almond, Upper Prior, Lower Prior, Malta, Otrey, Big Stone, Upper Odessa, Lower Odessa, and Ortonville

District 2 - Jeff Hufford (incumbent)
     Serving townships: Donnelly, Rendsville, Swan Lake, Pepperton, Morris, Framnas, Baker, Scott, Everglade, Eldorado, Graceville, and Moonshine
