2026 Annual Meeting

As a member-owned Cooperative, Annual Meetings provide an opportunity for members to hear reports from officers and directors, receive a financial update, ask questions, and learn the results of the director elections.

Benson High School Cafeteria and Performing Arts Center
5:30 pm - 6:45 pm - Registration* and Steak Supper grilled by the West Central Cattlemen's Association 
7:00 pm - Business Meeting

*Please bring your registration card received via US Mail to register and be eligible to win door prizes (must be present to win). 

Director Election
In 2026, Agralite will hold elections for the Board of Directors in Districts 5, 6, and 7. If you would like to run for a seat on the Board of Directors, you must meet the qualifications outlined in our Bylaws (available at our office) and submit a petition with a minimum of 15 signatures. Petitions are available at our office and are due to the Agralite office by 4:30 pm Friday, April 17, 2026. 

District 5 - Orvin Gronseth (incumbent)
     Serving townships: Camp Lake, Kerkhoven, Kildare, Hayes, Cashel, Dublin, Pillsbury, and Lake Johanna

District 6 - Andrea Thomson (incumbent)
     Serving townships: Tara, Clontarf, Benson, Marysland, Six Mile Grove, Torning, and Swenoda 

District 7 - Warren Rau (incumbent) 
     Serving tonwships: Stevens, Synnes, Hegbert, Fairfield, Shible, Moyer, Appleton, Edison, West Bank, Artichoke,  Upper Akron, and Lower Akron
