Allow us to cycle your air conditioner or heat pump on the hottest days of the year and see a cool 9.00¢/kWh rate for cooling. Instead of the rate, you may choose a $25.00 per year credit on your electric bill in July.
There is a $2.50 monthly sub-meter fee.
The air conditioner or heat pump is cycled 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off during control times. Pre-cooling of the house is recommended on hot days.
Rebates are available on new Energy Star® heat pumps that are installed by a quality installer, are controlled, and on the Energy Wise program.
